The team at Verkko is very responsive, willing to learn new things quickly and are always looking for ways to improve our business. I can't think of anything that we dislike about working with Verkko so far! We've been using Verkko since 2011 and have seen some great improvements in efficiency across all areas of our operation. They're easy to work with, quick learners/adaptors and continue to push us forward even when there isn't much room for improvement. Our biggest challenge has been how difficult it was to get started as an SMB. It takes a lot of time to train your staff and understand what you need before they start implementing or building out any solutions with Verkko. If you want someone who will listen to you, answer every question fully and provide thoughtful answers - this is not the partner for you.
