After reading some reviews I was a bit worried about the quality of this watch. However, I chose this one hoping the reviews were wrong for me. I bought it for my wife and her new kitchen. I loved/love the look of this watch. When we opened the box I was a bit disappointed as they are made out of fairly cheap plastic and the watch hands are made out of flimsy metal. When we put the battery in the watch, it ran for about an hour and then stopped. We got a little paranoid and quickly swapped out the battery and it's been working great ever since! We have since ordered more clocks from FirsTime for our family room. So far both work well and look great!
