Good polish but not on the floor

Works great on all my stainless steel appliances but make sure you don't put ANYTHING on the hard floor surface. I believe it must contain silicone and the floors around become a skating rink in leg stockings. I have a textured laminate floor and even the texture doesn't help much so I end up wiping off the excess. There is a warning on the label that it should not be used on the floor.
