These days it's often necessary to have access to a mobile phone while driving, especially to get directions. GPS in cars is often not as modern and mature as cell phones. This product has a retractable hook clip for absolute fixation and strong attachment, which is a good feature. This product works best when you want to keep the mount attached to the air vent and the phone can be easily detached when getting out of the car. It's also easy to put the phone back into the phone holder. This holder is a bit awkward to remove from the deflector and transfer from car to car. it works, but it's a bit time-consuming and there's probably a more convenient mount for that. In general, I like this holder in the context I described above.
