I like that they are very flexible with their pricing options for customers who need help in specific areas of online business development. They also have great customer service! There is nothing really bad about this platform as far as I can tell. The only thing I dislike about them is how long it takes for payments to be processed once you've set up your account. Make sure they offer payment processing through PayPal or Stripe so that you don't have to wait too much longer than necessary before getting paid. We were able to use them to create our website from scratch and then manage all aspects of its operation.
