This decanter looks beautiful although the design detail is poor. By this I mean that the indentations and "cuts" of each line appear like a bad shape of glass. This is clearly not cut glass, it is shaped and the lines are kind of sloppy and not very deep in places. BUT!, but the main disadvantage of this decanter is that it does not pour in a smooth stream, but in drops. It squirts and squirts a little, so aesthetically pleasing that it's just an occasional pour into a glass. But in this case you get what you pay for. It works, but it's not that great. half a thumbs up for sloppy shading and weak design details.
