I've used this product for my last three years at right data as an Account Manager in our Salesforce implementation team. It has been very useful tool which helped me to manage all processes related from sales pipeline up until closing of each deal or account activity. The UI could be bit more friendly but it's overall great experience so far using RDA software - nothing much to dislike about their products. They have some good training materials available online along with other documentation resources like blogs etc. You can use them if your business process requires manual intervention before going into automation stage. We are managing deals through multiple stages (including CRM) and creating custom workflows where we update various fields depending upon status changes across different channels/tools. This enables us to keep track of everything without having to resort back to spreadsheets!
