XLT is different from XL.
I'll start by loving these shirts, but I ordered the XLT and expected the fit to be the same as the XL, just longer so it stays tucked in. It isn't, the shirt is much larger than the regular XL in the same range of shirts with a really weird cutout on the sleeves/armpits.
