Edit: When the seller saw that the item I purchased was faulty and broken, he contacted me immediately and sent me a new item for free. I tried it and it seems to work fine without the same problem as before. I hope it stays stable over time. I rate my rating at 5-4 stars for the product itself and 5 stars for excellent customer service. See my initial criticism below: Extremely disappointed with this tripod. It arrived and appeared sturdy and well equipped, if a little heavy. I wasn't sure what to expect given the price but didn't think it was worth it. One of the legs broke right after the first use, which is ridiculous. If it were durable and lasted longer I would have no hesitation in recommending it and giving it a high rating as it otherwise seems functional. But the fact that it fell apart immediately suggests it's not worth it. Even more silly, the rest of the legs are solid and haven't had any issues, meaning this is entirely due to carelessness and poor quality control.
