It arrived on time and is well made, it's just not what I expected from a little pup. The opening is wide and narrow and I have a hard time getting the pup in in the dark when I get up at night to take him to the engine. I don't feel safe taking my hands off her in the stretcher because the opening is so wide that she doesn't have to strain to jump out and fall to the ground. It's reversible, the plaid side is more like nylon and not "comfortable" for a pup, and the gray side is very comfortable. It hangs too low on my body for me to wear it confidently without holding it (I'm 5ft 6" and it hangs around my waist). I think this would be a great carrier for a dog over 8 years old. Pound that's soft and not squishy like a pup, it just didn't work for my pup. It took me a few times to use it to find it didn't work so I didn't try to return it so I can't comment on the customer. Overall, it's a good carrier for a quiet dog, just not for my 4 lb, squirming pup Steer.
