Great alternative to door pins.
Worked great for me. Need a 1 1/2 inch hole saw to fit it in the hood. I installed the bolts where I wanted them, used a paint marker to paint the tops of the bolts, closed the hood until they touched, drilled pilot holes where it left traces of paint, and then sawed out the hole. Only downside, the hood needs pressure upwards to be able to press the button.
