Great basic knife, suitable for mandolins and slicers
This chopping knife is very easy to clean, just some washing up liquid and a sponge to wipe it clean after you've cut the cheese. As shown in the video, it has different thickness settings, you just need to turn the knob. This makes it easier to use for slicing different vegetables to different thicknesses. The torch also has a clutch that provides a stable grip on the surface while cutting. Definitely recommend buying this one.
