Review on Xspec 60 Qt XL Roto Molded High Performance Camping Cooler: Ultimate Durable Outdoor Overland Cooler by Steve Yatnalkar

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Should be 2.5 stars.Nice cooler but mine delaminated/warped on inside

I like this cooler quite a bit. Seems very sturdy. Haven't thrown it out of a pick-up at 60 mph or anything, but it's built very well. For my purposes, the functional equivalent of the yeti at a lower price. However, the inside interior front wall of the cooler "bowed" away from whatever insulation it was attached to (Please see photos). So.hasn't seemed to affect functionality; but I'm not sure that it bodes well for the long-term durability of the item (I've only owned it for 4 months). By the way, Instead of buying the "factory" yeti security kit for the back of the truck, I bought a heavy cable, cooler lock bracket, and matching locks separately for about the same price on amazon and think I have a much more secure result. I'll keep it but when it croaks I'll probably buy a yeti (already own several other yeti's in other configurations/soft coolers). One more comment: the basket everyone recommends fits perfectly. Love it. (Should come with the cooler!)
