I've been looking for a long time for a chopping board that will always be on the kitchen table so that it is functional and beautiful. I previously bought one at an art show that broke after a few uses. This board is just amazing! I've used it almost every day for the past month and it looks the same as when I originally received it. The large board is oversized, heavy so it doesn't budge across the granite and comes with high quality mineral spice oil which was an added bonus. It is important to note that oil will darken the board and remove some of the natural variation. I would like to order it in an even larger size so I could cook a full meal in an instant. I look forward to buying more of these for wedding gifts in the future! I also love the fact that this board supports economic growth in an emerging market! Very happy with my purchase!
