Our children gave this to me for my birthday in February 2010 and it has been fine for a couple of years works from weeks. Now it isn't. Every day after the radio has played for a few hours when I switch from AM to FM the radio turns off and stays off for several hours. No pressing the ON button turns it on. If it plays for hours and I hit the channel switch button, the same band that's playing turns off and stays off for hours. When I press the volume down button, the volume often increases. I don't know if I would have bought this model myself after seeing how the buttons work and I don't like that the kids bought it and now it doesn't work.
