Review on Deepcool Redhat CPU cooler, white/red/black by Wiktor Czerwiski ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Reliable purchase, guaranteed to be a good one.

with the installation, as usual, there are problems due to the fact that I'm crooked, so I can't attribute the convenience and ease of mounting this cooler into the case to either minuses or pluses. I note only that he is not the smallest. The 2 main claims are that at a fan speed of 1000 it is not audible, and everything higher makes it sound like a mining farm under your feet (but this is still quieter than the coolness installed on the sapphire video monitors). The manufacturer claims 250watt of dissipated heat, and when it comes to overclocking, my i7 5930k at a frequency of 4.5ghz and a voltage of 1.32v starts to consume 190w and with this cooler on an open stand, the computer goes blue from overheating (96 degrees). if you live on 1.251v and 4.29ghz, then the percent heats up to 86 degrees in the prime 95 stress test in 7 minutes with a consumption of 170w. Bottom line: for the i5 8600k, 160w will do in the maximum overclock with its consumption. For i7 in the limit overclocking, I would take again noctua nh-d14 (on CU now 4800) which I had 4 years ago. For any processor on the am4 socket, enough with a margin.

Pros
  • + big fan +quiet +suitable for cooling any socket +price
Cons
  • -the power dissipation is declared 250w, but in fact it is significantly less (read the comment)
