Excellent Wi-Fi network with good bandwidth. It has a web interface which I found useful for managing the device as well as for configuration. I have not been able to get this unit to work well with my Lifx lightbulbs that I bought a few years ago. The light kept disconnecting from wifi and I had to turn the light off and back on to get it back on. I had to go back to my old wifi router and now my lights stay connected. Sometimes these are compatibility issues and not all devices will work. I discovered this a while back with an Asus router and a nested thermostat and I couldn't get them to work together no matter what I tried and exhaustively researched for the solution.
