Decent but flaws need improvement

Installed this shifter a few months ago. It shortened the shift (enough for me to use my cup holder) so it worked well. However, this switch doesn't come with instructions, so it can be a bit tricky. Other issues I've encountered are that the included hardware doesn't stand up to the pressure you're pulling on the strings and is stranded with nothing but a tiny protrusion to slip off. If you buy this use a nut and bolt with lots of red Loctite.
