The kit was poorly put together

My kit had a few flaws, some thread colors were missing and extras were added that weren't on the chart. Threads of one color were not enough to complete all lines. It was confusing and I didn't realize it until I was almost done with it! I just found that the color didn't go well together. Usually such sets are ideal, but here it was quite unexpected. The material quality is excellent as always. I'm just very disappointed in this purchase and not sure I'll finish it.
