Inaccurate sizing
Appears to be a quality shoe but the sizing is clearly not true to size. I ordered sizes 12 and 13 first. She couldn't get her on tiptoe. Then I changed them to size 2 and 3. Size 3 was still too small. I would have preferred to order at least one other size but she had to have it for her class. She wears a size 12 or 12.5 in her normal shoes.
