Excellent Customer Service; Great Platform Software

The customer service is excellent! They are very quick in replying questions of mine as well making changes if necessary. I have no issues at all using this product or their services. It's been great so far and they were able to come up with some creative solutions to help me get my campaigns off the ground for multiple clients that had varying needs. Their prices seem higher than others out there (I think it has something to do w/ how much volume they handle), however i feel like their quality control isn't quite what other companies may offer w/r-to-marketing automation software. So far nothing really comes to mind - everything seems to be going smoothly! But when we're new biz owners who haven't used any type of rtma before, we often miss little things here & there until they start coming back to us about them again. Don't worry though - once you've got an account set up correctly, most problems will go away by themselves because our experience level was pretty low I like that it allows me to create campaigns in an easy way, then track them, get reports etc. It's very user friendly platform for marketers who want to have their own marketing automation tool without spending too much money. The only thing is that sometimes it lags when creating new automations or if there are multiple ones running at once. If this happens try restarting the software so that all of its processes will be reloaded. Sending personalized messages to users using Mailchimp lists.
