Excellent Customer Service; Great Platform Software

The customer service is excellent! They are very quick in replying questions of mine as well making changes if necessary. I have no issues at all using this product or their services. It's been great so far and they were able to come up with some creative solutions to help me get my campaigns off the ground for multiple clients that had varying needs. Their prices seem higher than others out there (I think it has something to do w/ how much volume they handle), however i feel like their quality

Overall, quick & easily integrated payment gateway

The integration is easy (just one line of code) once set up; it works great! It's very fast for us as well - no waiting around until we get an answer from their staff or something like that which can sometimes take hours if they're busy at all in general over there :). Nothing really I dislike about this service so far either other than maybe how expensive some things are such as SMS credits etc., however those aren't too much more compared to what else our current provider charges anyways…

  • Very reliable, cheap enough price wise &, quick turnaround with answers by phone call even without needing tickets made beforehand unlike many others who require ticket requests ahead first along side your order request just prior sending out anything via mailbox delivery method instead.and also you'll often have less instances where having troubles getting someone right away
Cons
  • Mostly okay, but...

The ability for me as an admin user is that I can see who has opened my account's newsletters from their mobile devices! It would be great if this could include desktop/laptop clients too so we're able to track all our users' activity in one place without having multiple systems or software installed separately. This service does exactly what it says - sends out regular newsletter updates via SMS text messages (SMS) which are received by recipients through any phone number they may have…

Pros
  • Very easy interface
  • Can send bulk emails at once using email templates instead just sending individual ones, saving time when you need lots done quickly.
  • Great customer support team available 24 hours 7 days per week ready to help with queries & problems :)
Cons
  • So-so
