Great tool for sending automated email updates to clients or prospects

The ability for me as an admin user is that I can see who has opened my account's newsletters from their mobile devices! It would be great if this could include desktop/laptop clients too so we're able to track all our users' activity in one place without having multiple systems or software installed separately.
This service does exactly what it says - sends out regular newsletter updates via SMS text messages (SMS) which are received by recipients through any phone number they may have registered under us.

Pros

Very easy interface
Can send bulk emails at once using email templates instead just sending individual ones, saving time when you need lots done quickly.
Great customer support team available 24 hours 7 days per week ready to help with queries & problems :)
