The case met my (high) expectations. I've bought a case like this before and it's a lot less bulky but still offers more protection. I use my iPad outdoors and in the sun so the lack of a plastic screen protector is perfect for you to actually see! I get a hard + thin screen protector and that's enough. The hand strap is adjustable and the slack of the strap can be stored inside the case when you open it again and fold the slack into the rubber part when you put this rubber part back. It's not easy to disassemble, but it gets easier with time. The same goes for the wraparound handle on the back and the kickstand - both are very hard and rigid at first, but loosen up after prolonged use. Overall I am very satisfied and would recommend it.
