Excellent customer service
I wanted to update my review to let you know how great the customer service is. They were very responsive and quick to help. This is probably one of the best customer service experiences I've had at Revain. I bought it to store some extra pillows and a blanket next to the sofa. The size is perfect and it seems durable but I just can't get it into a decent shape. It came folded in the box and will not regain its shape even when seated. I've tried stuffing it but it's still an odd shape and bothers me. I'll probably stuff it in a storage closet.
