The edges are sharp, very smooth - cut evenly. There are no chips or scratches on the clear glass on the back of the paintwork, just flat, rectangular sections of mirror. What really struck me was the packaging. Yes, I'm writing a review about it because it was unusual. You could throw this package like a ball and it would not damage the mirrors inside. They were packed tightly in some sort of multi-layered foam (which I'll be reusing for the same project I bought the mirrors for - hooray, bonus materials!) that fitted them exactly. Then glued, then packed. Honestly, I'm not joking. you could drop it It was impressive.
