This is the third version of Godox Wireless Flash Controller. It is definitely better designed and easier to use than its two predecessors. I bought this version on purpose because it needs to work with Godox Smart Phone App. I've been trying to get it working for weeks. I was never able to connect the X-pro to the smartphone app. There are about three sentences about the app in the user guide, and that's it. While trying to get this to work, I sent FIVE emails to the Godox support email address. Request a quick response on business days. It has been several months and not a single email has been answered. I even sent a CC to the sales team and webmaster. Haven't heard from anyone. Several traders have tried to help me but are misinformed. One said it didn't work, the other said it did. I even sent them a page from the manual mentioning the app and they still told me that the device doesn't support the smartphone app. Godox products are very good, very affordable and when they work properly they are fantastic deals. But if you need support. . . . forget it
