The stands on my tool box stopped working and I wanted to replace them. My local stores were charging between $12 and $19 for ONE bar, which seemed like too much. When I saw them online it seemed too good to be true but with the option to return them I said why not. They arrived on time and installation was easy, bet they are all made in the USA. You can't beat $6. Although they hold the lid open and don't close I would recommend 40+ pounds maybe 60lbs to hold the lid open when you open the latch, that's just my opinion. 40 pounds will still work I've added some pictures of how to open the holder when removing the old one and replacing the new one.
