Excellent goods! on Tools & Accessories

First of all, like other reviewers, I would like to point out that the item is packaged in clear plastic. a blister that makes it very difficult to remove the nail clipper. Rough handling by some users may have caused the clippers to fall apart when the person tried to remove them from their plastic blister. After being warned by some reviewers, I carefully cut open the packaging with my oversized kitchen scissors and was able to pull out the wire cutters without damaging them. These are excellent clippers and they easily clip toenails. I've never had a yeast infection, but I often stub my toes walking around the house in stockings and bare feet. Cropped toenails hurt unless trimmed with sharp wire cutters, so they fit me perfectly. Some reviewers have mentioned the difficulty of dealing with ingrown toenails and many years ago I received great advice to deal with such a problem: let the toenail grow. to about 1/8 inch, and using these sharp wire cutters or similar, carefully cut that end at the CENTER of the nail and give it a small "V". As the nail grows in a V shape, it gradually moves away from the side where the ingrown nail was and returns the nail to its normal shape. My friend recently went to her doctor for the first time for help! ingrown toenail, told me that the doctor cut a small V in the nail - see section above - and also placed a tiny soft ball of cotton under the nail, near where the ingrown nail was, to gradually wrap around it to raise the part of the nail that comes out of the skin. I hope this advice helps anyone who is having problems like this.
