I LOVE this shampoo and balm! I was looking for a new shampoo when Aveeno stopped making my favorite shampoo. I have thinning hair so I looked for shampoos that would help and lather it up. It basically came down to it because another reviewer said they liked the smell. It turns out to be patchouli. It's very soft. Don't overdo it. Simply luxurious, nice shipping. I've only used it a few times so I can't say it helps hair growth. I really notice that my scalp looks clearer, my hair stays clean a day longer than anything I've tried, and my thinner sections are frizzier. I assume that means it's a lighter shampoo. I even use conditioner all over my hair. I used to only apply it to the ends because my hair became greasy and weighed down more and more quickly afterwards. I love this shampoo and conditioner. Like I said, I've only used it twice. I will update if I am disappointed in any way in the future. At the moment I give this product 10 stars.
