Terrible design. It has to be picked up which was annoying enough. The instructions were in Chinese with some blurry illustrations that I could understand. Struggled with it, but successfully. Then I tried hanging it on the shower head and it wasn't perpendicular to the wall of my shower (new 2019 shower set) so the little suction cups that never work anyway were misaligned. Waste of time and I strained my shoulder to fight it. I went with the plastic because my last metal from Walmart (also ridiculously overpriced at $20) rusted after a year. I love things from China. I don't have problems with the global economy, but I do have problems spending my good money on CHARACTER.
