Plugs are not standardized.

It is not the manufacturer's fault that the connectors are different. There are many Tundra models from the same years. I was unlucky, mine didn't fit. However, this is a simple solution: cut the connector and put 2 spade terminals on each wire and just slide them over the spade terminals on the motor. Be careful with the + polarity. Once I did that, the fan works fine.
