Latches pop out rendering useless

The latches started to pop out from the lid shortly after we started using. They pop off even when latching the lid closed on an empty container so it's not an overstuffed issue. Appears that the seals are either oversized or not well aligned.

Insulated to keep food warm or cool multiple hours

Hard to pack multiple lunches in a single bag
