Best for indoor use

I returned this small fan a few days after purchase because despite its light weight and ease of use it didn't have the performance the fan had very good. I had to hold it very close to my face to even feel it working and the water mist didn't help either. I think it depends on where you use it. If it's inside at the table it would be great outside in the south. not as much.
