After installing the batteries and connecting to a power source (110 VAC, 60 Hz), the keyboard will NOT turn on. Basically the manual shows it needs to be connected to 220VAC 50Hz, I have no idea if 50Hz will work. available in the US. The power supply reads 100-240 50/60 Hz. Here is such a confusion. The thread under the keyboard (that's where the device supposedly hangs) is of poor quality, the screws can't be pushed through. The plastic bag of screws was damaged (on the side where you open/close) so when pulling out the box the screws went into the floor of my house. I had to move all the furniture to get the whole set back. 10 buttons do not work. Assembly is a problem. watch the video I am very upset because it was a birthday present for my son and daughter and the unit arrived in this condition. It is very embarrassing to give a gift that does not work, too much marriage in one product.
