Keyboard overview in children's electronics

Received the keyboard today. It was supposed to come with headphones but I never received the headphones so I emailed support and am waiting for a reply. If they send headphones, my rating goes up another star. The only issue I noticed is that the volume is pretty loud on the lowest setting. In general I like it, although for the price. The keyboard does not turn on, 10 keys do not work.

After installing the batteries and connecting to a power source (110 VAC, 60 Hz), the keyboard will NOT turn on. Basically the manual shows it needs to be connected to 220VAC 50Hz, I have no idea if 50Hz will work. available in the US. The power supply reads 100-240 50/60 Hz. Here is such a confusion. The thread under the keyboard (that's where the device supposedly hangs) is of poor quality, the screws can't be pushed through. The plastic bag of screws was damaged (on the side where you…

Great sound quality, LOTS of options and choices, LED display works great, solid stand - overall a great product!

Ordered this for my teenage daughter as it was everything she wanted for Christmas. I'm happy with it! It sounds good, has an LED meter that works great, NO issues with plugs or cables AT ALL (some have seen issues), LOTS of great sound and rhythm options!
