Review on Mid Cure Combined by Bob Smith Industries by Todd Phillips

This is the first review I've written in almost six years. I would like to warn others about the working time of this epoxy, as well as others. It's definitely less than 15 minutes. As others have noted, I mixed in a measuring cup and felt the cup warm up in less than a minute. I didn't hold it to cause extra heat from my hand. After two minutes it got hot and started to thicken. I poured it over the map on a cool granite countertop to dissipate heat and extend run time. In less than a few minutes, this epoxy began to gel, meaning time was up. It took me more working time to glue the beveled wooden frame to the veneered panel with the biscuit in the mustache. I bought this epoxy because it is the most recommended for wood by the manufacturer. It's practically useless to me as it thickens up nicely before I can glue, position and clamp everything. Working time. I refer to this epoxy for filling in knots and other imperfections. Again, this is NOT a 15 minute epoxy. Glad I tested it before using it.
