This is beautiful glass but most of my pieces were broken. The packaging was far from perfect. There is nothing in the box to keep the jar from breaking, it had thin bubble wrap on the outside and was placed in a large bubble wrap with no padding. I was expecting some parts to break, but I'm disappointed that most of my parts are pretty small now. UPDATE: The company contacted you after seeing my review. They offered a refund or replacement and I opted for a replacement. Things turned out better, but still more broken than I had hoped. I raised my stars for excellent customer service and better quality glassware. However, you should consider changing the way glass is delivered to avoid breakage.
