Replaced cap and rotor on my '95 Civic with over 205,000 miles. The ICM ("igniter") failed just a few miles after I did and Phillips head screws left in one place for over 25 years made them the most stubborn and therefore not an easy replacement for the ICM. Also, the bushings in the old distributor were pretty worn out. So I ordered this one and it arrived in two days. Installed with no problems! FYI for those who need to replace the distributor on these Honda engines, there appears to be a specific procedure for removing the 8 pin connector from the bracket. The 2-pin connector shouldn't be a problem. First loosen the screw that secures the bracket to the manifold THEN disconnect the 8-pin connector. I found this tidbit of information elsewhere and it is 100% correct.
