Great for powerlifting

When I got this I put it in my mouth and was sure it wouldn't work because of my crooked molars. It hurt my gums. I decided to heat it up and try peeing anyway and it worked! That was great. I wear it for powerlifting and can only recommend it. I've only recently had a headache and haven't had one since using it. I ordered pink and got black but I can't throw. I'm trying so hard to figure out how to talk to it. lol Having a tip would be a great addition.
