Cracked clutch from factory (DO NOT use until tested)

Product arrived late today at 3am due to UPS failure. I was thrilled that it was installed by a local delivery truck company in Appleton, Wisconsin. Just bought our camper there and they installed everything and installed the tow hitch. I made sure the installation was correct per Husky's instructions for the center hitch. The problem arose while driving home just 6 miles from the dealer and attempting to remove the hitch. We found that the passenger side pivot was extremely difficult to move left and right once it was removed from the bracket. A quick web search revealed the possibility of a hitch failure. After inspecting my hitch, I found that my hitch had actually snapped in the same place as many others. A quick call to Husky customer service confirmed this was the fourth broken hitch he'd seen this week. My advice would be to stop using that hitch until Husky figures out what was wrong. Update: I just received an email within 6 hours of contacting Husky and was asked to send my contact information, date of purchase, location and date code from Hitch. I will give you an update to solve the problem. Update: Anna from Keystone Customer Service delivered a new coupler head overnight. I will use the clutch this weekend. I will update if I run into any more issues. For those of you who have had the same issue, I would contact Husky (Keystone) customer service and work with them to resolve the issue. It took 31 hours from emailing customer service to receiving my new coupler head. I think it's very good customer support.
