Review on WD Caviar Green 1.5TB SATA Intellipower Hard Drive with 32MB Cache (Bulk/OEM) for Desktop - WD15EADS by Robert Hines

Packed in bubble wrap again (about 1 week ago, about February 1st)! So, after another call to customer service to explain that the packaging was not suitable and I wanted to replace my replacement because the original shipment and the replacement were packaged incorrectly, customer service finally said they had checked the Revain seller list for the would pull the product and fix the problem. I have elected to return only the original lot, replacement lot, replacement lot and one other add-on order I had for a refund as I don't think the incorrect packaging issue will be resolved any time soon. The drive made firm contact with the bottom of the box, resulting in unforeseen impact damage. Read the hard drive manufacturer's shipping guidelines and you'll understand the difference packaging makes. I took a picture of the hard drive in the package and tried to leave the package review I read above. However, Revane said I've also had a lot of plan packages over the past ## days. But my package was with bubble wrap as pictured above. Good news, I see that Revain won't have it until February 20th, 2010, so it looks like Revain is trying to fix the packaging issues.
