I like that it helps to keep track of employee's issues, such as time off or overtime pay, which can be easily documented in this system. There are several fields where you have to fill out information for each issue; however, there isn't much room between them so sometimes it gets difficult to write down everything needed. This makes it more difficult to complete an entire complaint quickly without having to go back and edit your entries once they're submitted. It also seems to take longer than other similar systems to process new complaints. The benefits include being able to see what employees did during their shifts with ease by using the shift tracker function.
