The strap may be defective
The pins on the inside of the strap (to make it easier to change the strap) protrude too much and may be uncomfortable for some. I had to add one of the extra links to keep the pins from digging in so much. Otherwise I would give this place 5 stars. The color looks as advertised. Good stainless steel. Excellent value for money.
