This Geomag Glitter set includes a variety of sticks, balls and accessories that are similar to several other Geomag sets except they come in bright new colors and full of shine! They add an extra whimsical appeal. Four sets of 22 to 68 items are available. I recommend as large a kit as your budget will allow. There's not much you can do with this 22-piece set, so I'm only giving it 4 stars. Age range: 3 to 10 years old (although best suited for children aged 5+). I have a 3 year old who played with this for quite a while but after losing interest in its magnetism started rolling little balls across the kitchen floor. With that in mind, I would definitely recommend babysitting for children under the age of 5. Pros: An open-ended magnetic construction toy that encourages your kids to think and build creatively. Encourages unlimited play with endless possibilities. Cons: Round metal balls pose a choking hazard (see age recommendations) and are easily lost. Strong magnets can cause frustration during assembly. Bottom line: Geomag offers hours (and hours) of fun educational play that can get more challenging with your child - just be prepared to pay for additional sets. I received this product in exchange for an honest review.
