I needed a replacement for my (3rd) french press which broke when it fell in the sink. It has: 1) Good - thicker glass. 2) Very good - The plastic case closes the glass bezel and protects it from destruction 3) Temperature gauge (C / F) - and a timer. At first I wasn't thrilled because I didn't want to mess around with the batteries, but. 4) Then I saw that it was rechargeable. I.5) It features an ultra-lightweight (self-positioning) magnetic USB charging port. You simply bring the connector close to its docking point and it will snap into place. super easy. 6) And he has good instructions (didn't know I needed them until I read them). And he makes good coffee! Good job folks!
