The ease of use, all-inclusive pricing model, and its ability for us as an agency to manage our own campaigns without any additional support from their management. There's nothing I dislike about demand hub except maybe the lack of integrations between it and other tools we are currently using (which is not really demandhubs fault). They have been very supportive in terms of adding new features/integration requests. It allows us to easily create landing pages, automate emails, track form submissions & conversions.
