It is easy to learn, it's fast (both in development time as well performance), has great support from community with lots of tutorials available online which are very helpful when you get stuck or have some doubts about how things work under hoods etc., I would say that sometimes there can be issues if your app grows too big but this depends mostly upon what kind/size project do we deal here at my workplace so far haven't faced such an issue yet! But overall its pretty good stuff :) We use EmberJS mainly because our application needs frontend along side backend integration hence having both JS & HTML5 client interfaces was one major requirement while developing new features since most clients prefer Web Apps over native apps these days anyways :).
