The hair remained dry, coarse, fluttering.
Smells good (sensitive to smells!), lathers well, rinses well. After that my hair was clean and thick but very dry, unruly and rough - way worse than with biotin shampoo! I had to rub the biotin oil into my hair three times, which is what I usually need to do to calm it down. I'm a naturally blonde whose recent health issues have affected my hair so I need a makeover. I doubt this shampoo will help.
