I bought 10 pieces. I tried using 3 of these and got an error on all 3. I then contacted Revain to see if there was a recommended solution. The person I spoke to told me there was no solution and sent them all back. I did a little research and found that changing the settings might fix the problem. It worked for some, so I was happy. I didn't try them until I needed them. Now I've used them all, most of them don't work. Now I tried not to come back. I tried working with them. But their return policy limits the time you have to return. I wouldn't use 10 USBs in that time so I wouldn't find a defect until the return time is up. In my opinion this company is unreliable. I have 10 pieces and most of them are defective. Once I receive this, what is the probability that the next set will not be defective? That's a lot of USB sticks that can fail all at once. I will order again but not from this company. I didn't want to give them back. I needed technical support to use it. Now I can't even return them because the deadline has passed. Don't order them because you will most likely get defective ones and you won't know until it's too late.
